“Brock has helped me take my mental game to the next level. The discipline to go day in and day out with a positive mindset regardless of the previous days worth of success or failure was something I struggled with. Balancing my thoughts is something Brock has helped me with. Coming up with a “saying” or “phrase” is something we came up with to help remind myself to go back to a positive mindset. For example telling myself “it is what it is” reminds me to control what I can and allow myself to flush the uncontrollable thoughts. I am extremely thankful for Brocks help.”

“When Brock asked me if I could write him out a testimony for his company, I was hesitant to discuss what I have gone through. First off, Sport Psychology really is a huge part in why I am successful. I lost my father when I was a freshman, and I went to find my escape in Basketball. On the court I was great, I never let those negative thoughts and feelings enter as long as I was playing. I first met Brock because off the court I was so angry and getting in trouble with school and my mom forced me to seek help. I have seen multiple therapists after the passing of my dad, so I truly didn’t think anything would be different going into our first session. Our first session was at a basketball court near my house. This dude had long hair and was wearing a bathing suit. It kind of threw me off, but it made me feel comfortable even the first time we met. We both share a connection with the loss of a loved one, he taught me how to honor my dad every time I step on that court, and I am so appreciative to my mom that she pushed me to go see him that first time on the basketball court.”

“Being a D1 collegiate cross country and track athlete, there is an immense amount of pressure to preform at every race for both seasons all year round. These races can be for as long as 6 miles and the hardest part of the race was staying mentally resilient. Before I met Brock, I would be expected to be a top 3 finisher (out of some 300 athletes) and at times would crack under the pressure. I struggled to preform when there were high expectations. Once I started to use Brock’s services, I noticed a drastic improvement in my performance and consistency. If you are looking to be the absolute best in whatever it is that you do, then you need to take the mental part and utilize it the best you can.”
