We have three different segments to the podcast; Q&A, P&B, and Interviews.

Q&A is where you, the listener, will send in and ask us questions that have anything to do with performance.

P&B stands for performance and brain, and in this segment we give the listener different research studies that relate to a specific topic, as well as our input and insight regarding the studies.

The Interview segment is just what you have heard in other podcasts, we will have special guests with relativity to the performance world in some way shape or form.
